We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada 🇺🇸🇨🇦. Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) ⏰. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination address, package weight, and selected shipping method 💰. All applicable shipping charges will be displayed prior to order confirmation.
Once an order has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation and tracking information will be provided to the email address associated with the order 📩🔍. Please note that tracking updates may take time to reflect in the carrier's system after the shipment has been handed off.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier operations, customs clearance procedures 🛃, weather conditions 🌪️🌧️, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control ⚠️.
Orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of checkout 📍. We are unable to redirect shipments once they have been dispatched. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package 📭, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for re-dispatch.
